24ea006d60 Update layout and removal of reduntant statement 
Nothing mayjor, just removal of pointless events like "if player offline don't charge" this should be possible to charge them as it retrieves a list of online players nearby

rounds the number to remove decimal points, this stops it from making the lines too long

- changed to dist <=
- added distance to the player infos (only updates when you open the register)
- added extra check to be sure it doesn't add someone whos too far
