refactor(callbacks): don't error when attempting to override an event
...
Throwing an error here will break some scripts, and
rather than fix their misuse many creators suggest downgrading ox_lib instead. Was technically breaking
anyway, even if kind of necessary.

cannot be set outside of class methods. Added an error
