95459f63a8 Fix for Player Receiving Cash From Self 
When you give someone cash it shows they received money from themself. This show show the sending players name instead.

b4d185105d Pulling job names from wrong place 
This caused errors while trying to access banks or ATMs if you had jobs in the config but not in your shared.

This was left in by mistake
