15e0469de4 docs: add comprehensive deployment guide 
Add detailed deployment documentation covering:
- Quick start guide
- System requirements
- Docker Compose production configuration
- Reverse proxy setup (Nginx, Traefik, Caddy)
- OAuth provider configuration for all supported providers
- Connection gateway setup
- Troubleshooting common issues

Also update README with links to documentation.

Fixes #135, #137
