fix(client/context): Ensure is ordered correctly

Previously the menu items would be randomly ordered, now they are the order you wrote them to be in.

Opening a context menu before registering it would previously result in the script completely erroring out and having stuck nui focus

fix(client/context): Allow using events to open context menus
...
There was an issue where if you wanted to open a second context menu using args from the first context menu's item with events, the nui focus would get stuck beacuse it would get set by the event.
